RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with a product, returns or exchanges can be made up to
14 days after your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we,
unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same
condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To
complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to
notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of
the approval or rejection of your refund. We may apply a 20%‒50%
restocking fee on any returns based on product conditions.

All returns and exchanges can be rejected if the inspection has shown
signs of not meeting our criteria. If you are approved, then your refund will
be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or
original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

THE SALE OF ALL WIGS ARE FINAL. THERE IS NO REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY FOR
WIGS.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items
cannot be refunded.

WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING ON RETURNS.

Order Cancellation

We can cancel the order for you after your purchase if the cancellation
is requested within a certain time window.

If you contact us within 24 hours after your payment has gone through, 5%
of the order total will be charged as a transaction fee. If the
cancellation is made after 24 hours, 15% of the order total will be charged as
a transaction and handling fee. Orders cannot be canceled once your items
have shipped out.

Products Not Eligible for Return

These items will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received
by us:

Any product not
purchased from Beautyzone.hair

Any product
that is returned without original packaging and accessories, including
box, inside the packaging, and all other items originally included with
the product

Any product
that exhibits physical damage

Clearance and “Buy One, Get One Free”
Items

The sale of any Clearance items or “Buy One, Get One Free” items will be
final. There will be no refund or store credit for these items.

Wrong Item

If you received the wrong item (color, length, item), please contact us
within 5 business days of receiving the item for us to investigate the matter.
We require you to take a picture of the wrong item and email it to one of our
customer care representatives to verify that you received a wrong item. Once we
verify that you did receive an incorrect item, we will email or fax a UPS
prepaid return label for you to send the item back to us.

The following steps will be taken to ensure you receive the correct item:

We will ship
out the correct item once we verify that you have mailed the incorrect
item back to us.

If you prefer a
refund, we will issue a refund as soon as we’ve received the wrong item
back and inspected its condition.

If we don’t
receive the wrong item within 7 calendar days of your contacting us, we
will void out the UPS return label and the wrong item will be sent back to
you at your expense.
